Estando calor ou frio, o corpo necessita constantemente de água para se manter em funcionamento. Talvez aqueles sinais desagradáveis que você vem sentindo a algum tempo possam ser resultado da carência de água no organismo.

A falta de água no organismo causa problema até nos olhos, provocando ressecamento. Além disso, o intestino funciona precariamente e a pele se torna mais seca. Quem toma água – dois litros por dia – livra o corpo das toxinas. Portanto, hidrate-se adequadamente.

– Desidratação leve a moderada: língua e boca seca, dores de cabeça, cansaço e tonturas. Há redução também da quantidade de vezes em que você vai ao banheiro fazer xixi. Os músculos ainda se ressentem, ficando mais fracos;

– Desidratação grave: sede em excesso, boca bastante seca, pele sem elasticidade, xixi de coloração bem amarelada, ausência de transpiração e aceleração dos batimentos do coração;

– Crianças: pele mais enrugada, irritação, boca seca, pulso acelerado e respiração mais rápida.

Veja como evitar a hidratação com medidas simples:

Sem sede

O fato de sentir sede ou boca seca significa que a desidratação está iniciando ou já se instalou. Por isso é importante que você sempre tenha à mão uma garrafinha de água. A cada hora tome um copo de suco, água de coco ou água para afastar o risco de se desidratar.

Água dos alimentos

O ideal é beber dois litros de água diariamente, incluindo aí líquidos como sucos, água de coco e chás gelados. Alimentos como pepino, alface e tomate possuem água na sua composição. Salada cai bem sempre!

Frutas

As frutas que mais possuem água na sua composição são a melancia, o abacaxi e o melão. Invista nelas, principalmente no verão.

Praia

No verão o risco de desidratação é bem maior. Para ir á praia, organize-se para levar frutas e sucos dentro de sacolas térmicas. Um picolé de frutas também ajuda a saciar a sede. Não se esqueça de colocar tudo no lixo depois.

Café e chá preto

Essas duas bebidas são diuréticas. Sendo assim, quanto mais você ingeri-las, mais irá perder líquido através da urina. Atenção para a reposição de água. Quando tomar café ou chá preto várias vezes por dia, beba água também.

Com essas dicas não tem erro. Afaste a desidratação de você e da sua família!
