Pratique exercícios

Regule a alimentação

Após o parto as mães de primeira viagem ficam com medo e ansiosas e acabam comendo o dobro. Por isso, o maior problema durante a após a gestação está relacionada com a alimentação errada. A mulher deve se alimentar de maneira saudável e equilibrada e ingerir alimentos ricos em nutrientes e fibras. Coma de três em três horas e diminua as porções, mas nunca fique sem comer, pois você está amamentando e precisa de nutrientes para fortalecer o leite materno.

Amamentar o bebê após o parto é a melhor opção para ajudar na perda de peso, pois quando se amamenta é possível perder até 500 calorias por dia, além de estar alimentando o seu bebê com o melhor alimento, prevenindo-o de problemas de saúde futuros.

Lembre-se que após a gravidez é o momento certo para recuperar o peso de antes, por isso se esforce e planeje a sua rotina de exercícios e alimentação.
